Motocross is one of the toughest sports there is. The g-forces and the impacts that the material must be able to withstand are not something you’ll come across in many other sports. Designing, building and racing world champion winning motocross bikes has provided us with invaluable insights into what drives an electric bike to perform at its peak. Our multi-disciplinary team with extensive experience and expertise in various technologies offer a complete turnkey solution, taking projects from initial concept to low-volume production.
EMX designs, develops and builds high performance electric powertrain solutions and is specialized in the engineering and production of complete electric powertrains for motocross, enduro, trial, urban and light vehicles and prototypes for street legal as well as non-street legal applications. We are a turnkey provider from a blank sheet through to low volume production. This enables us to significantly de-risk and accelerate new products for our customers. With customers ranging from global OEMs to start-ups, we apply the same process to deliver and integrate high performance electrical powertrains to the highest of standards. EMX has extensive knowlegde of the development and design of powertrain systems from 3kW to 150kW. With battery capacities of 1kWh to 30kWh (48V to 420V DC).
